A blogger at Zomblog did some searching of newspaper archives and found a copy of Obama’s quick review of Ayers’ book A Kind and Just Parent: The Children of Juvenile Court. The blogger also learned that Obama appeared at a panel about juvenile justice with Ayers. There are scanned pictures of the actual newspaper the reviewed appeared in, and the book specifically mentions Obama as one of Ayers’ neighbors (link from Zomblog). One does not blurb a book if they don’t endorse its ideas, so one must conclude that Obama knew who Ayers was and what he stood for.
Barack Obama continues to run a campaign of concealing his true identity. Occasionally he slips and reveals who he is, like when he made the “bitter clingers” comment to the San Francisco audience, and his recent “spread the wealth around” answer to Joe the Plumber. We may not know the full extent of Obama’s relationship with Ayers by November 4, but there is so much to be suspicious about, and strong reasons to believe Obama hasn’t been honest.
